The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is finally released SSC CGL Exam Tier-1 2025 exam date sheet. Exam will start from Second week of September to fill 14,582 vacancies across various departments. With the exam date approaching, candidates can soon download their SSC CGL Exam Admit Card 2025 along with their exam city slip. Applicants will need to log in using their Application Number and Date of Birth to access the hall ticket.

The commission has scheduled the SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam from 12th September to 26th September. As per official confirmation, Tier1 exam will be conducted in a single shift, and the exam center will be within a radius of 100 km.

This year, around 28 lakh candidates have submitted their applications for Group B or Group C.

Admit card

The admit card will be released on the official SSC website just 3–4 days before the exam. Once the line are active, Applicants will need to log in using their Registration Number and Date of Birth to access the hall ticket and view your exam date. All applicants must download it themselves and take a printout to visit their exam center.

How to Download Admit Card?

The SSC CGL exam Tier-1 admit card will be available 3 to 4 days before the exam. Follow these simple steps to download it:

  1. Go to the official SSC website – ssc.gov.in
  2. Click on the SSC CGL 2025 Admit Card or Hall Ticket download link
  3. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth
  4. Hit the submit button to view your admit card
  5. Download and print a copy for the exam day

Documents to Carry

Along with your admit card, you must bring a valid photo ID to the exam hall. You can carry any one of the following:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID (EPIC)
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence

Entry will not be allowed without these documents.

Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Online (CBT)
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Total Questions: 100
  • Total Marks: 200
  • Type: Objective MCQs
  • Marking: +2 for correct answers, –0.50 for wrong ones
  • Medium: English & Hindi (English Comprehension in English only)

  1. General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25Q – 50 Marks
  2. General Awareness – 25Q – 50 Marks
  3. Quantitative Aptitude – 25Q – 50 Marks
  4. English Comprehension – 25Q – 50 Marks
