In September 2025, it started storing water. Engineers say it is the world\u2019s tallest dam of its type made with AI and smart machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, China also tested similar ideas in the Yangqu Dam project, where robots and driverless trucks worked layer by layer, like \u201c3D printing\u201d on a huge scale.\ufeff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How Technology Was Used<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>China did not build this dam in the old way with only human workers.
